Partnered with senior executives in support of one of Personal Strength Publishing's foremost strategic initiatives. Provided instructional design consultation and the high level design for a revenue-producing workshop to accompany the release of their new book entitled Have a Nice Conflict
Notable Results: The design of the workshop leverages the same theater metaphor used in the book. This inspired the creative team and led to the development of role playing activities that the learners rehearse and perform. The workshop was delivered to several large, global organizations during year one and continues to receive strongly positive evaluations.
