Dawn Papaila, CPT
Dawn Papaila, President and Principal Consultant of WLP Consultants, has more than 25 years experience in instructional design, business process analysis, and employee performance consulting. She earned a Masters degree in Educational Technology and the CPT designation from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Her undergraduate degree is in Business Management.
Dawn has extensive experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, nonprofit agencies and has led instructional design teams on several Department of Defense contracts. She has had Secret and interim Top Secret clearance.
Before moving to her present career in 1999, Dawn worked as an Operations Manager, a Corporate Systems Planner, and a National Account Executive where she was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets and managed departments with multiple geographic locations.
Dawn was the first American woman to work for Tata Interactive Systems, India’s largest conglomerate and she served on the Board of Directors of ISPI, the International Society for Performance Improvement from 2010 to 2012.
